Turn Off the Power.\u003cbr\u003e2. Find the Ballast. Usually it is embeded inside the ceiling fixture. Pls pull off the existing PL lamp, reflector. Leave wire in junction box. and find the ballast.\u003cbr\u003e3. Normally, the Ballast has a black and white wire on the input side (AC input side, 100V -120V for North America). It also has two red and two blue output wires. To bypass this ballast, please cut all the Input and output wires, so total 6 wires cut.\u003cbr\u003e4.
