Three-Phase Bridge Rectifiers & Related Modules
Three-phase bridge rectifier modules and related parts
Explore three-phase AC-to-DC rectifier modules in SQL, MDS, SGBJ, SKB, MT and other listed families. These devices differ by terminal configuration, mounting format, thermal design and model-specific voltage and current limits. This collection also contains a few single-phase rectifiers, generator boards, heatsinks and optoelectronic components; the category name does not make every item a three-phase bridge.
Choose the actual device, not just the headline
- Three-phase modules: SQL and MDS metal-base modules, SGBJ flat five-pin packages, MT and SKB-family devices appear in distinct size and current classes. Match the selected part's three AC terminals and positive/negative DC outputs, package outline, mounting points and cooling requirements against its documented diagram.
- Single-phase alternatives: QL variants in mixed QL/SQL listings are described as single-phase bridges, while SQL variants are described as three-phase. KBPC or GBPC listings also include single-phase choices. They must not be assumed to share the three-phase module's terminal arrangement.
- Heatsinks and assembled boards: HS2095 and HS20150 may be selected as heatsink-only options, not MDS rectifiers. Other listings mention a W-95 heatsink, radiator or fan, while a small-generator rectifier/filter board is a board-level assembly. Confirm the selected package contents and mechanical compatibility.
- Other components: Some included products are TLP, H11L1/H11D1, AQY, FOD3120 or VO3120 optocouplers, optically controlled relays or driver ICs. They provide isolation or switching functions, not three-phase AC rectification. Check their own package and functional specifications.
Engineering selection
Use the exact model and selected variant to verify phase count, terminal diagram, repetitive reverse voltage, average rectified current, surge rating, forward loss, thermal resistance, heatsinking and quantity. Some titles and seller specification fields disagree about current, voltage, phase or package. Do not transfer a rating or manufacturer claim from one variant to another, and confirm installation details against the appropriate component documentation.
Frequently asked questions
Is every option in a three-phase listing a rectifier? No. A variant may select a heatsink, a different single-phase bridge or a module with a distinct current class. Review the actual option and its contents.
Can a QL single-phase module replace SQL or MDS three-phase hardware? No direct replacement should be assumed. Compare the circuit topology, terminal diagram, electrical limits and mechanical fit.
Is a radiator or fan included? Not by default. A title or photo mentioning cooling hardware is not proof that each variant includes it; confirm the selected listing's supplied contents.
Are optocouplers in this collection rectifiers? No. They are separate isolation, relay or driver components and should be evaluated for their own intended functions.
