Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging. We do not accept returns for items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

How to Initiate a Return Before sending any item back, you must contact us first at support@yoeruyo.com. We will assess the condition of the product and provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are covered by Yoeruyo. We will provide a return shipping label or reimburse return shipping costs after the return is approved.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
