Diode Bridge Rectifiers & Three-Phase Modules
Diode bridge rectifiers and rectifier modules
Browse compact and high-current diode bridges for AC-to-DC conversion, alongside three-phase rectifier modules and application-specific generator rectifier parts. The range includes through-hole DB107, 2W10, KBP, KBL, KBU, GBU, GBJ and square KBPC or GBPC packages; surface-mount MB6S, MB10S, MB10F, DB107S, DB207S and ABS-family options; and larger QL, SQL and MDS modules. These families have different terminals, mechanical footprints and operating limits.
Find the right part and pack
- Single-phase bridges: Small DIP-4 and SMD four-terminal packages and larger square or flat bridges serve different footprints and thermal requirements. Match AC inputs, DC outputs, pin order, mounting dimensions and the selected model's ratings to your design.
- Three-phase modules: SQL and MDS listings include higher-current three-phase options; check phase arrangement, terminal count, baseplate dimensions and heat dissipation. A three-phase module is not a direct substitute for a four-terminal single-phase bridge. Some QL product titles use ambiguous “2-phase” language, so confirm the exact terminal diagram before selection.
- Model choices versus assortments: Many titles list KBPC1510, KBPC2510, KBPC3510 and KBPC5010 together, while the option named “Color” actually selects one model. Pack quantities also vary by option, from single pieces to larger same-model lots. A specifically described 24-value assortment contains one of each listed value; do not assume other multi-model titles are mixed packs.
- Generator parts and accessories: RSK and LSA generator rectifier listings are assembly-specific, and some LSA options identify a varistor alone or a single part rather than a complete set. Heatsink-bundled options require checking what hardware is included. MDK anti-reverse photovoltaic diode modules are not necessarily full bridge rectifiers; inspect their circuit diagram before use.
Engineering checks
Read the exact selected variant for model number, package, pack quantity and supplied components. Verify repetitive reverse voltage, average rectified current, surge capability, forward loss, cooling and mounting against the applicable component documentation. Seller headlines and specification fields sometimes disagree, including current, voltage and even package labels; no rating quoted for one listing should be treated as a specification for every item here. Do not infer certification or manufacturer provenance from promotional language.
Frequently asked questions
Do titles naming several KBPC models include all of them? Usually the variant selects one model; only a listing explicitly sold as an assortment supplies a mix. Check its selected option and pack description.
Are SMD and through-hole bridges interchangeable? No. Check footprint, terminal mapping, current and heat-removal requirements for the exact device.
Is every generator option a complete bridge assembly? No. Some options supply an individual rectifier part or a varistor, and compatibility with a generator must be verified by model and assembly documentation.
Can I use the headline current and voltage for every option? No. Ratings and pack sizes can change with the selected model, and conflicting supplier fields require confirmation against the exact part's datasheet.
