1200V IGBT Transistors, Modules and Snubber Capacitors
Explore 1200V-labelled power-switching parts, including discrete insulated-gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs), larger IGBT modules and absorption or snubber capacitors used in power electronics. Not every item is an IGBT: capacitor listings are passive components with their own capacitance, voltage and package choices. A 1200V label is a model-specific seller claim, not a universal operating guarantee.
Discrete IGBT listings
Through-hole TO-247-labelled transistor offers include IKQ75N120CH3/K75MCH3, IHW15N120R3 and H20R1202/H20R1203, FGH40T120SMD, IXSH60N120, SGW25N120, FGW40N120HD, NCE75TD120 variants and multiple DG, JNG, XNS and other codes. Other offers name TO-220 HGTP10N120BN, TO-3P FGA25N120 or FGL40N120AND, and TO-264 JNG50N120LS or FGL40N120AND. Those conflicting FGL40N120AND package claims must be resolved against the exact part and dimensions before ordering. HGTD1N120BNS9A is separately labelled a surface-mount TO-252AA/DPAKAA device. “SMD” in FGH40T120SMD does not override its listing's through-hole TO-247 package. Compare the selected 5-, 10-, 20-, 30- or 50-piece option where offered; “NEW” versus “Original” on one NCE75TD120VTP menu is seller wording, not independent provenance verification. The H20R1203 listing explicitly says used/disassembled, so do not assume every listing is new.
Power modules are different from single transistors
FS150R12KT4/FP150R12KT4, GPU300HF120D2, SM2G50/75/100SH120H3, GP75D120T4, PM25RSK120, CM1400DU-24NF, BSM25GP120, 2MBI150NC-120, 2MBI300U4H-120-50, 6MBI75UA-120-52 and 7MBR150XNE120-50 appear as module or integrated power-module listings. A model menu selects one module revision or rating, not a package of every model in the headline. Compare topology, terminal layout, mounting footprint, driver interface and thermal baseplate; do not replace a discrete TO-247 IGBT with a module on the basis of voltage alone.
Capacitors and selection boundaries
MKPH-SB and related absorption-capacitor listings include capacitance choices such as 0.1, 0.22, 0.47, 0.68 and 1 µF, plus variants labelled 1200V, 2000V or 3000V. Select the exact capacitance and voltage together: a listing title containing 1200V does not make every variant 1200V. These capacitors are not transistors and do not perform gate switching.
Before purchase, confirm the complete part number, genuine manufacturer's datasheet, collector-emitter voltage and current at specified conditions, gate-drive requirements, switching losses, diode configuration, package and pinout or module terminals, cooling, selected quantity and condition. For capacitors compare dielectric, capacitance tolerance, DC voltage, pulse/dV/dt capability and physical dimensions. Do not treat seller claims of originality, certifications or ratings as collection-wide verified facts. High-voltage repairs require qualified procedures.

Does every listing contain a 1200V IGBT?
No. Some are power modules or 1200V-labelled capacitors, and one capacitor menu also offers higher-voltage options. Check the exact variant.
Are 40A and 75A models interchangeable?
No. Current headlines omit measurement conditions and say nothing about gate drive, losses, diode, package or pinout. Compare full datasheets and circuit needs.
Is a multi-model title a mixed set?
Not by itself. Menus for FS150R12KT4 or SM2G modules select a specific code; quantity menus select a lot size.
Are these all new parts?
No collection-wide condition promise applies. At least one H20R1203 listing says used/disassembled; inspect the individual offer.
