IGBT Inverter Power Devices, Modules and Boards
Find power-switching components and board-level parts listed for inverter and welding-equipment service. This collection is not a range of complete inverter machines: its offers span discrete IGBTs, multi-device power modules, gate-driver parts, a welding-machine control board and an inverter-stage board. The exact model and selected option determine what is supplied.
Device range
- Discrete IGBTs: listings include FGH40N60UFD, K40EWR5/IKW40N65WR5, IKW40N120H3, IKW75N60T, RJH60F5/RJH60F7, SGT60N60FD1PN, TGL40N120FD, FGL60N100BNTD, IRGP4063D, GWA80H65DFB, FGA40T65SHD and other separate choices. Packages named include TO-220F, TO-247, TO-3P/TO-3PL and TO-264; match drawing, pinout and heatsink requirements rather than treating package names as interchangeable.
- Power modules: 2MBI VE-120-50, BSM GD/GP, FP R12, FF300R12KT4/KS4, SKM195GAL, SKIIP, 7MBR VM/VN/SB, SLIMDIP and related model menus cover different circuit arrangements and interfaces. A multi-code title is normally a selectable model, not a mixed pack.
- Driver and board-level offers: TLP351 is a gate-driver optocoupler offered in 10- or 50-piece lots, not an IGBT power stage. A welding driver-board listing offers transformer options; PCM-40-B8 is described as a welding-machine board, and a separate high-power inverter-stage board has 110 V/60 Hz and 220 V/50 Hz output choices. These are not interchangeable with discrete semiconductors or complete certified inverter equipment.
- Other device boundaries: one TO-247 menu includes STW6N95K5 and related N95 MOSFET codes; another BSM-titled menu includes MCD312-16IO1 and MCMA240UI1600ED options. Check each selected device's actual type and topology instead of assuming it is an IGBT.
Selection checklist
Read both the complete selected part number and quantity: options labelled “Color” or “Voltage” can actually encode 2-, 5-, 10-, 20-, 30-, 50- or 100-piece lots or a model number. Compare the manufacturer's datasheet and equipment documentation for collector-emitter rating, collector current at its stated temperature, gate drive and isolation, switching losses, diode behavior, module topology, footprint, terminals and cooling. For circuit boards, also confirm input/output specification, frequency, interfaces, mounting and included accessories. Headlines such as 600 V, 1200 V, 40 A or 12 kW do not establish verified ratings for every choice.
Some listings claim new and original, while the STGW40N120KD listing explicitly says used; source descriptions may even use unrelated generic specifications. Do not infer collection-wide condition, authenticity, certification or manufacturer affiliation from seller text. High-voltage inverter and welder work calls for equipment-specific qualified repair and design procedures, not generic wiring assumptions.
Frequently asked questions
Are these complete IGBT inverters?
No. Listings cover components, modules and certain board assemblies rather than complete ready-to-use inverter machines.
Does a driver optocoupler replace an IGBT?
No. TLP351 drives a gate; the power switch and its circuit are separate.
Does a multi-model title include every listed model?
No. Select the exact variant and lot size, or inspect the single-option product details where there is no model selector.
Can equal voltage and current headlines establish a drop-in replacement?
No. Verify the exact suffix, circuit arrangement, gate and thermal characteristics, pinout and mechanical fit against the original equipment.
