SMD Optocouplers, Surface-Mount Isolators and Relays

Find surface-mount optical isolation devices selected by exact part number and package, from SOP-4 phototransistor couplers to high-speed interfaces, optically isolated gate drivers and solid-state switching parts. This collection also contains a few DIP-versus-SOP package menus and assembled optocoupler-controlled MOSFET or relay boards. “SMD” in the collection name does not establish that every selectable item is a bare surface-mount chip.

Signal optocouplers and footprints

SOP-4 and SMD-4 listings include PC817C/EL817C, EL3H7, EL357N, TLP181, TLP185, TLP281, TLP290, TLP621, LTV-356/LTV-357 and related model or grade choices. Other options include H11L1 versus H11D1 in SOP-6, PC400/PC410L/PC411L and PS9713 in SOP-5, and TLP230x communication optocouplers in SOP-4. Compare the full suffix and manufacturer package drawing, pinout, input drive, output circuit, transfer behavior and timing; similar numbers or seller replacement claims alone do not establish interchangeability. One LTV-356 listing calls its package SOP-8 while similar listings say SOP-4, so verify the physical outline rather than extrapolating from the series name.

Gate drivers, analog isolators and optical switches

FOD3120, VO3120, TLP5754, TLP701/TLP718, ACPL-P456 and FOD8342 are offered as gate-drive optocoupler selections, distinct from basic phototransistor signal isolators. HCPL-7800/A7800 and LOC110 serve different analog-isolation functions, while MOC302x/MOC304x/MOC306x are optotriac-driving choices. AQY210 and AQY216, KAQY212/213/214/216, TLP321x/TLP33xx and TLP3545/3546 appear as optical solid-state relay choices. Their output architecture, package and allowable operating conditions vary by code; no single switching, isolation or load rating applies to the group. A MOC3063 listing explicitly offers either DIP or SMD; AQH and TLP3545/3546 menus also distinguish DIP and SOP variants.

Modules, kits and quantity selections

The four-channel MOS optocoupler board, pulse-triggered MOSFET switch board and single-channel thyristor/solid-state relay module are assembled devices rather than loose ICs. Review their input and output specifications at the board level, and do not extend seller-stated voltage or current figures to other products. A thirteen-model listing offers either named ten-piece single-model choices or a mixed “13valuesX10pcs Kit”; a single named option is not a 130-piece kit. Other listings offer one, five, ten, twenty, fifty, hundred or larger lots. Fields labelled “Color” or “Model Number” often select the part number, package or piece count, so read the selected variant rather than interpreting the entire heading as the shipment contents.

Frequently asked questions

Is every item in this SMD optocoupler collection surface-mount?

No. Certain variants specifically say DIP; assembled modules are also included. Confirm the selected package before ordering a PCB footprint.

Can PC817, H11L1 and a gate driver substitute for one another?

No generic substitution follows from being optocouplers. Their output functions and electrical behavior differ; compare manufacturer datasheets and your circuit requirements.

Does “13values*10pcs” always ship 130 devices?

Only the explicitly labelled mixed-kit option advertises that assortment. Other variants specify ten pieces of an individual model.

Are seller claims of originality or high load ratings verified for every item?

No. Treat those as listing-specific claims and validate the exact manufacturer's documentation and finished-system isolation requirements, especially around hazardous voltages.
