USBLC6-2 ESD Protection Diodes and USB Modules
USBLC6-2 protection devices and USB-related electronics
Compare USBLC6-2 low-capacitance, two-data-line ESD protection diode listings alongside a wider assortment of USB-equipped development boards, charging modules and other electronic components. Not every item on this page is an ESD diode. Select the exact product and variant before choosing a board-level protection component.
USBLC6-2 device choices
- USBLC6-2SC6: Listings describe a six-pin SOT-23-6 protection device, including options marked UL26 or UL2Y. Check the ordering code, marking, pinout and board footprint rather than using the marking alone as a specification.
- USBLC6-2P6: Listings describe a compact six-pin SOT-666 device, with some titles also calling it SOT-563. Confirm the actual package dimensions and land pattern against the selected device's documentation; those package labels are not interchangeable assumptions.
- Ordering quantities: Dedicated diode listings advertise 5, 10, 20 or 50 pieces, and some offer selectable quantities or markings. Read the selected option and product details to confirm what is supplied. A seller's originality claim is not independent verification.
Other products currently shown
This collection also includes ESP8266, ESP32, ESP32-C6, RP2350 and FX2LP USB development boards; TP4056 and IP2312 battery-charging boards; an 18650 power shield; a USB fast-charging module; a servo tester; relays; a MOSFET; an IR2156 IC; and TL06x/TL07x/TL08x amplifier IC options. These are not loose USBLC6-2 diodes. USB-C and Micro USB labels on a development board describe its connector choice, not the presence of a particular ESD component. Some listings offer an expansion board only, while others offer a board or set; choose the matching variant.
Engineering selection checklist
For USB data-line protection, verify the exact device's working voltage, line capacitance, leakage, breakdown and clamping conditions, pin mapping and package against your interface and the protected IC's limits. For a USB-equipped module, check its own supply, connector, controller or chip version, included accessories and documented protection features. A shared collection name does not establish pin compatibility, USB protocol support or a common ESD rating.
Frequently asked questions
Does every listing contain USBLC6-2? No. Several are development boards, charging boards or unrelated components. Read the selected product and variant.
Are USBLC6-2SC6 and USBLC6-2P6 footprint-compatible? Do not assume so. Their advertised package families differ; compare the exact datasheets and PCB land patterns.
Does Type-C on a board mean it includes USBLC6-2? No. It identifies a connector variant, not a documented ESD protection part.
Can I use a charging module instead of a USB data-line protector? No. Battery charging and data-line transient protection are different functions.
