The 2-in-1 sensor is not equipped with an LED inside, and an external LED is required; This design method has no harsh requirements in the hardware /pcb part, but the power of the LED is a more important problem point.

The consistency of the Sensor itself can be controlled during the TAOS process, but the discrete type of the LED semiconductor device (which is an inherent characteristic) will make the actual production need to strictly control the power level of the LED, and there will be some inconvenience in the production process.

In addition, the three-in-one sensor has integrated the transmit/receive and reduced the design, and the design installation is more space free, and the structural part of the requirements will be relatively simple.
