1 way 220V AC electro-optic coupler detection module

Function: It can be used to detect the existence of 220V ac

Output TTL level can be detected by SCM. It could be 3-5V

PLC24V level can also be connected

When connected to the PLC input, the PLC COM end is connected to the power supply 24V input end is connected to the signal output OUT of the board, and GND on the optocoupler board is connected to the negative pole of the power supply

Green 2P 5.0 terminal is connected to 220V voltage

The 3P terminal is connected to the SCM input.

The board size is 73mm X15mm

Safety warning:

In practice, any device in the white wireframe on the plate should not be touched after the module is powered on. Because it is high voltage. Pay attention to the safety of electricity.

3-Way description:

1. Function: Test the existence of AC 220V; When there is 220V, the optocoupler can be grounded; Otherwise, it doesn't work
2. Output high/low level: SCM IO interface can be directly connected for testing with a voltage of 3-5V
3. Adaptable to PLC connection, compatible with almost all PLC input

8-Way description:

Function: Test the existence of AC 220V
Output TTL level: Can be tested using MCU, voltage is 3-5V
The output can be connected to PLC 24V
Connection:
When connecting PLC input, THE COM terminal of PLC is connected to the 24V power supply, the input terminal is connected to the signal output S1-S8 of the board, and the optocoupler GND is connected to the negative pole of the power supply.
Blue terminal 5.0 connects 220V voltage and yellow pin signal output.
When 220V voltage is normal, output low level; When 220V power off, output high level.
Note:
After the module is powered on, do not touch any part of the white line frame on the board, because it is high voltage. Pay attention to electrical safety.
