PDZVTR30B is a single independent small-power Zener diode manufactured by ROHM, packaged in compact SOD-128 miniature SMD housing. It features nominal 32V zener voltage with 30V~34V tolerance range, 1W power dissipation capacity and low 18Ω dynamic impedance for stable voltage regulation performance. It only generates 10µA tiny reverse leakage current under 23V reverse bias, with excellent long-term reliability. Designed for voltage stabilization and overvoltage clamping circuits, this surface-mount zener diode is RoHS compliant and tape & reel packed for automatic SMT assembly.
