Conventional DC reverse polarity protection typically employs diodes, which exhibit voltage drops exceeding 0.5V—sometimes reaching 1V—resulting in significant heat generation and reduced power supply efficiency. This board utilises low RDS(on) MOSFETs, achieving voltage drops below 0.1V within the rated current range. This enhances power supply efficiency while improving circuit reliability and safety. This board is suitable for medium-to-low voltage DC applications, ideal for frequent power cycling during product development or safeguarding critical circuits against damage from incorrect polarity connection.

The board maintains a steady operating current below 10A, with a transient overcurrent capacity of up to 50A.
