Specification:

A miniature 6MM planetary reduction stepper motor with a precision driver slide table.

The motor specification is a 6 * 7.5MM two-phase four wire stepper motor,

which requires an external stepper motor driver to operate.

The stepper motor passes through the planetary reduction box and then drives the driver to move the slider up and down.

The maximum stroke is about 30 mm, which is about 5800 pulse signals to complete the stroke.

Description:

By powering on the test machine, we can smoothly control the sliding table to rise or fall with the driver and controller on hand. The sound is quiet, and the motor can work normally when the current is set to 0.14A. When it is set to 0.28 A, the motor is prone to overheating. Due to the fact that the motor itself is suitable for medium and low frequency pulse signals, and also passes through a planetary gearbox, the sliding table can only slide at low speed and cannot move quickly.
