The MBSL32DI module
is a 32-channel digital isolation input module, which is output through the
RS485 interface. The module adopts standard Modbus RTU communication, which can
be directly adapted to various host computer configuration software, PLC, DCS,
etc. The module power supply adopts industrial-grade design standards, which
effectively suppresses various serial mode and common mode interference, while
also ensuring the stable and reliable operation of the module.

1) The module uses RS485 MODBUS RTU standard communication, can be
networked with the host computer configuration software, PLC, industrial touch
screen, etc., with communication status indicators.

2) The module complies with
industrial standards. Signal control, power supply, and RS485 communication
electrical signals are isolated from each other.

3) The communication circuit
has lightning protection, anti-interference design and power polarity protection.

4) RS485 communication
signal output interface has dual protection of overvoltage and overcurrent.

5) The module has automotive-standard hardware and software dual
watchdog timers to ensure that the module will never crash and work stably and
reliably.

6) Output disconnection protection. When there is a 485 network
interruption and the machine does not receive the data sent by the master
station within the set time, the module will automatically disconnect the
output, thereby automatically protecting the safety of the field equipment.

7) The communication format can be set by software.
