3S 25A Balanced board:

The described power range is applicable to the following products:

Massager battery pack, LED lamp backup power supply, 12V electronic products, solar street lamp battery pack, monitoring backup power supply, and other products.

Note: The battery discharge rate shall be more than 3C for discharging products with current above 3A.

Multiplication calculation formula: for a 1C ratio battery, the capacity of 2000 is equal to 2AH * 1=2A working current.

3C rate battery, 2000 capacity is equal to 2AH * 3=6A working current.

In use, the battery will heat up, which means that the battery ratio is not applicable. In this case, it must not be used for a long time, and the battery will be damaged quickly.

Note 1: Wiring 0V (B -), 3.7V (B1), 7.4V (B2), 11.1V (B+) in strict accordance with the diagram, and do not intentionally short circuit!

Note 2: After connecting the cable, it needs to be charged before output.

Note 3: When three groups of batteries are connected in series, please ensure that the voltages of each group of batteries are the same. If they are different, please fully charge each group of batteries separately and then use them in series. During the discharge test, the battery with fast voltage drop is a poor battery.

For some customers with poor electronic foundation, please explain: Never mix good batteries with poor batteries! The capacity/internal resistance of the three batteries should be as close as possible! (The service effect of two good batteries+one poor battery=the service effect of three poor batteries).

Charging voltage: 12.6V~13.6V

Continuous discharge current (upper limit): 40A (if the cooling environment is bad, please reduce the load current for use)

Continuous charging current (upper limit): 20A

Enhanced Version: applicable to electric drills with starting current below 80A and power below 130W.

Balanced Version: It is applicable to electric drills with starting current less than 80A and power less than 130W, and has equalizing charging function.

Note 1: Three 15C~20C power batteries or six 10C~15C power batteries are required to successfully start the electric drill (ordinary 18650 cannot start the electric drill!!!); 0V and 12.6V connecting wires shall be copper wires with an area of more than 3mm2 (nickel piece is not allowed!!!).

Note 2: Wiring 0V, 4.2V, 8.4V, 12.6V in strict accordance with the diagram, and do not intentionally short circuit.

Note 3: When charging the battery, heating of the "430" resistor is normal, indicating that the equalizing circuit is working; If the "430" resistor is also hot without charging, please check whether it is connected to the wrong wire.

Standard version: applicable to electric drills with starting current below 60A and power below 100W.

Enhanced version: applicable to electric drills with starting current below 80A and power below 135W.

Equalizing version: applicable to electric drills with starting current below 80A and power below 135W.

Note 1: Four 15C-20C power batteries or eight 10C-15C power batteries are required to successfully start the electric drill (ordinary 18650 cannot start the electric drill!!!).

Note 2: Wiring 0V, 4.2V, 8.4V, 12.6V, 16.8V in strict accordance with the diagram, and do not intentionally short circuit.

Note 3: When the load with brush motor is used, try to connect a non-polar capacitor (withstand voltage above 25V, capacity 10uF-100uF) in parallel at the positive and negative terminals of the motor to prevent the reverse peak voltage generated by the motor from interfering with the protection board or breaking through MOS tubes.

Note 4: When four groups of batteries are connected in series, please ensure that the voltages of each group of batteries are the same. If they are different, please fully charge each group of batteries separately and then use them in series... During the discharge test, the group of batteries with fast voltage drop is the poor battery.

Explain to some customers with poor electronic foundation that balanced charging is only an auxiliary function. Try not to mix good batteries with poor batteries! The capacity/internal resistance of the four batteries should be as close as possible! (The use effect of 3 good batteries+1 poor battery=the use effect of 4 poor batteries).
