Note:This LED PL Lamp can work with inductance ballast, just plug and play; but can not work with electronic ballast. You have to bypass the electronic ballast before install the LED Lamp.
Mostly for 2Pin CFL lamp fixture has an inductance ballast inside;  while 4Pin CFL lamp fixture with an electronic ballast inside.

Note:
THE ELECTRONIC BALLAST IN YOUR FIXTURE MUST BE REMOVED OR BYPASSED FOR THESE ADAPTERS TO FUNCTION PROPERLY. CONSULT AN ELECTRICIAN IF YOU ARE UNSURE. DO NOT OPERATE A LED BULB WITH A BALLAST IN THE FIXTURE,Otherwise the LED Lamp witll get flicking, burnt, smell, damaged.

How to bypass the ballast?
1. Turn Off the Power.
2. Find the Ballast. Usually it is embedded inside the ceiling fixture. Please pull off the existing PL lamp, reflector. Leave wire in junction box. and find the ballast.
3. Normally, the Ballast has a black and white wire on the input side (AC input side, 100V -120V for North America). It also has two red and two blue output wires. To bypass this ballast, please cut all the Input and output wires, so total 6 wires cut.
4. Then, you can connect the two red wires to the black wire.
5. Next, connect the two blue wires to the white wire. now ballast is bypassed.
