Product Overview

(1) It adopts imported pressure probes, featuring rapid and sensitive response as well as strong anti-interference ability. With our company's unique compensation algorithm and multi-stage standard gas calibration, it also has the characteristics of long service life, high precision, high repeatability and high stability.

(2) This product follows the standard ModBus RTU protocol and the address and baud rate can be flexibly modified using the upper computer software. This product, when used in conjunction with the 485 to network conversion module, can transmit data to the cloud server.

Functional features

(1) Multiple measurement range options are available, including 30-110 Kpa and 26-126 Kpa.

(2)RS485 interface, standard Modbus RTU protocol, can be transferred to 485-to-4G/Ethernet modules.

(3) Provide upper computer debugging software. Users can modify the device address (range 0 to 255), baud rate (range 4800bps to 9600bps), and verification method by themselves. Moreover, these Settings can be saved after power failure.

Working power supply

This product is powered by wide-voltage DC, with a rated voltage of DC 12V-24V. The rated current is less than 0.1A and the power is less than 1 watt. Customers generally use 12V or 24V DC power supplies. In scenarios with long power supply lines, considering the voltage drop in the line, it is recommended to use a 24V DC power supply.

Wiring Method

This product outputs a four-core cable with an outer diameter of approximately 5mm and a length of about 1 meter. The colors of the four-core wires are red, black, yellow and green respectively.

Output RS485: Red - positive power supply, black - negative power supply, yellow -RS485 A, green -RS485 B.

Output analog quantities: Red - positive power supply, black - negative power supply, yellow - positive signal terminal, green - negative signal terminal.

(2) This product features RS485 output and follows the standard ModBus protocol. It allows multiple sensors to be connected in series hand in hand, with a maximum of 255 sensors in series. Each sensor is distinguished based on the 485 device address.

Connect the sensor via a USB-to-RS485 converter.

(1) After connection, select the correct USB port number.

(2) Click on the upper computer software to automatically obtain the baud rate and communication address, and read the address information of the current device.

(3) If the current address of the sensor is 01 and you want to change it to 02, enter 02 in the box after "Set Device Address" in the "Communication Settings", click "Set Address", and the device address will be changed to modified 02. The default communication address of the device at the factory is 1.

(4) If the current baud rate of the sensor is 4800 and you wish to change it to 9600, enter 9600 in the box after "Set Device Baud Rate" in the "Communication Settings" section, click "Set Baud Rate", and the device address will be changed to 9600. The default baud rate of the device at the factory is 9600.

(5) After modifying the communication address or baud rate, please power off or restart the device to take effect.
