When is it necessary to replace the capacitor?

The motor cannot start or starts slowly: it may be due to capacitor capacity decay or poor terminal contact.

Capacitor bulging and leakage: It needs to be replaced immediately to avoid short circuits in the circuit.

Wiring Method

Usually connected in series with the starting winding of the motor, controlled on/off by centrifugal switches or relays.

The terminals need to be tightened to avoid overheating or sparks caused by poor contact.
