The difference is that the normally closed or normally open state of magnetic latching relay completely depends on the action of permanent magnet, and the switching state of magnetic latching relay is triggered by a certain width of pulse electric signal.
If you follow the wiring method of Application 2, you can achieve zero power consumption standby


Note:
The power supply cannot be reversed, otherwise it will burn out the transistor (S8050 J3Y)
But don't worry, replace the S8050 (J3Y) transistor can be used normally.
