1. Normally we use the standard paper package to export worldwide.

2. We usually choose the logistics method officially designated by Aliexpress.Please contact with us freely if you want to choose other courier company, such as DHL, FedEx, UPSand EMS. Please kindly pay us the extra charge. We will update the tracking number when sent out.

3. Please note ：The buyer must be responsible for all other customs fees, brokerage fees, duties and taxes imported into your country. These additional fees may be charged upon delivery. For rejected goods, we will not refund the freight. Shipping costs do not include any import taxes, and the buyer is responsible for customs duties.We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.Due to the difference in customs clearance time in various countries/regions, we do not guarantee the delivery time of all international goods, which may affect the speed of your product inspection.

-Warranty and maintenance-

1) We will do not take the esponsibility for Man-made damage or improper operation. Delivery demage will be negotiate.

2) We provide 3 months of free maintenance. The buyer shall return the product to us in the original condition and bear the transportation cost of the returned product. If any parts need to be replaced, the buyer shall also pay for the parts to be replaced.

3) Before returning the goods, please confirm the return address and logistics method with us. After handing the item to the logistics company, please send us the tracking number. After receiving the item, we will repair or replace it as soon as possible.
