SM100 Series HART intelligent converter is developed by using ARM microprocessor, HART protocol modulation and demodulation chip and combining a lot of practical experience. Designed according to the requirements of industrial products, with high reliability and stability. The intelligent converter is equipped with standard RS232 interface and RS485 interface, which can transmit data transparently with intelligent instrument with HART protocol or read data using MODBUS_RTU protocol to ensure real-time transmission of data. The HART protocol USES the Bell202 frequency shift keying (FSK) standard to overlay modulated digital signals on top of the 4-20mA, allowing bidirectional data communication without interfering with the 4-20mA analogue signal. SM100 series intelligent converter is an intelligent converter for bidirectional modulation and demodulation of digital and analog signals.
Product features
1. Equipped with standard RS232 and RS485 communication interfaces, parameters can be configured, communication baud rate and parity bit can be changed, which has nothing to do with the 1200 communication speed on HART bus, so as to improve the running speed of the whole system.
2. Industrial common module shell is adopted for easy installation and debugging.
3. Equipped with special configuration software, the SM100 series intelligent converter can communicate data with HART protocol intelligent instrument and configure intelligent converter parameters
4. Support for the standard MODBUS_RTU protocol.
5. Support simultaneous connection of multiple HART protocol intelligent instruments.
6. Supports a variety of special HART protocol intelligent instruments, and can customize the HART instrument to read special HART protocol instructions.
