Product Introduction:

PH-6021 (ZC) Two way cache isolated RS485 hub is a communication device that supports two ways of RS485 master station equipment and one or multiple ways of RS485 slave station equipment. It is used to solve the problem of communication conflicts when two master stations communicate with the slave station at the same time. When querying the slave station data, Master Station 1 will only return to Master Station 1 and not to Master Station 2, Similarly, querying data from master station 2 will only return to master station 2 and not to master station 1. Optoelectronic isolation technology is used between the master station and slave station interfaces to protect the master station equipment from interference. The circuit design includes 15KV ESD protection and 5KA lightning surge protection devices, which can effectively isolate the harm caused by lightning and static electricity to the equipment. Each of the three communication interfaces has a communication indicator light, which can visually see the status of each communication interface. Transparent data transmission between the master and slave interfaces, communication format and baud rate can be set through software

Communication speed:

1.Firstly, it should be noted that communication speed is mainly related to baud rate and data length: the higher the     baud rate, the shorter the data length, and the faster the communication speed; On the contrary, the slower the speed.

In addition, it also depends on the response speed of the slave station. The faster the slave station responds, the higher the overall communication speed.
