MQ135:

The gas sensitive material used in the MQ135 gas sensor is tin dioxide (SnO2) with lower conductivity in clean air. When there is a polluting gas in the environment where the sensor is located, the conductivity of the sensor increases as the concentration of the polluting gas in the air increases. The change in conductivity can be converted to an output signal corresponding to the gas concentration using a simple circuit.

The MQ135 gas sensor is highly sensitive to ammonia, sulfides, and benzene vapors, and is ideal for monitoring smoke and other harmful gases. This sensor detects a wide range of harmful gases and is a low-cost sensor for a wide range of applications.

Characteristics:
  • Good sensitivity to harmful gases over a wide range of concentrations

  • High sensitivity to ammonia, sulfide, benzene, etc.

  • Long life, low cost

  • Simple drive circuit

Application:
  • Household air pollution alarm

  • Industrial air pollution alarm

  • Portable air pollution detector

MQ5:

Gas leakage monitoring device for home and factory, suitable for detection of liquefied gas, butane, propane, methane, hydrogen, artificial gas, etc.

  • Wide range of detection

  • High sensitivity

  • Fast response recovery

  • Excellent stability

  • long life

  • Simple drive circuit

  • specification

  • Applicable gases: liquefied gas, methane, gas

  • Detection range: 300 ~ 10000ppm

  • Characteristic gas: 1000ppm isobutane

  • Sensitivity: R in air/R in typical gas≥5

  • Sensitive body resistance: 1KΩ~20KΩ in 2000ppm isobutane

  • Response time: ≤10s

  • Recovery time: ≤30s

  • Heating resistance: 31Ω±3Ω

  • Heating current: ≤180mA

  • Heating voltage: 5.0V ± 0.2V

  • Heating power: ≤900mW

  • Measuring voltage: ≤24V

MQ-7:

The gas sensing material used in the MQ-7 gas sensor is tin dioxide (SnO2) with lower conductivity in clean air. The low-temperature (1.5V heating) is used to detect carbon monoxide by high-temperature cycle detection method. The conductivity of the sensor increases with the increase of the concentration of carbon monoxide gas in the air, and the high-temperature (5.0V heating) cleans the stray gas adsorbed at low temperature. A simple circuit can be used to convert the change in conductivity into an output signal corresponding to the gas concentration.

The MQ-7 gas sensor is highly sensitive to carbon monoxide. This sensor detects a wide range of carbon monoxide-containing gases and is a low-cost sensor for a variety of applications.
