Usage Instructions:
1. First, flip the switch (ensure it's in the correct position)
2. Then connect the battery (only 2-6S batteries are supported; reverse connection is prohibited)
3. Plug in the charger via the Type-C port to activate (use a standard, certified charger. Note: Some major smartphone brands use proprietary fast-charging protocols with modified chargers that are not standard; these are only suitable for their original devices)
4. To discharge, connect your phone first, then briefly press the button.
5. For high-precision charge indication: Ensure your battery has consistent voltage, capacity, and internal resistance (especially with internal resistance below 15mΩ). Use wiring rated for over 15A current. After meeting these conditions, perform one full charge/discharge cycle for automatic calibration.
How to select switches:
Step 1: Confirm your battery's cell count. What is the full charge voltage per cell?
Step 2: Locate the corresponding silkscreen indicator below the circuit board module switch. Push the switch downward to activate.
Step 3: Select the cell count switch:
1. For 6S, select the switch labeled “6S”.
2. For 5S, select the switch labeled “5S”.
3. For 4S, select the switch labeled “4S”.
4. For 3S, set the switch corresponding to 3S.
5. For 2S, set both the 3S and 4S switches simultaneously.
Step 4: Set the voltage switch
1. For a single-cell full charge voltage of 4.4V, set the switch corresponding to 4.4V.
2. For a single-cell full charge voltage of 4.35V, set the switch corresponding to 4.35V.
3. For a single cell full charge of 4.2V, set the switch corresponding to 4.2V.
4. For a single cell full charge of 4.1V, set the switch corresponding to 4.1V.
5. For a single cell full charge of 3.65V, set both switches corresponding to 4.2V simultaneously.
Why is the indicator light flashing continuously?
1: Continuous flashing indicates an error alert.
2: Incorrect switch selection or voltage mismatch may cause the controller to detect overvoltage or undervoltage, resulting in continuous flashing.
3: The inserted charger's output voltage may be too high or too low, with excessive voltage deviation or ripple in fast-charge mode, preventing the board from functioning normally and causing continuous flashing.
