Product Introduction
This series of cameras uses the official Raspberry Pi camera module based on the Sony IMX708 sensor. It is compatible with the Raspberry Pi series motherboards and offers four field of view versions: standard version (75° field of view), standard night vision version (75° field of view), wide-angle version (120° field of view), and wide-angle night vision version (120° field of view).
Among them, the IMX708 Camera NoIR is a night vision version that removes the infrared filter and can be used with an infrared fill light to achieve night vision function. The image of the night vision version will be reddish when used during the day.
This series of cameras has 12 million pixels and has the following advantages over the Camera Module V2 equipped with the 8-megapixel Sony IMX219:
Improved imaging performance at low sensitivity
Supports High Dynamic Range (HDR) for better photo quality
Support autofocus, freer focus control
