2. Adopt 74 series high-speed CMOS integrated circuits to provide stable and reliable detection and amplification of signals

In the original design of WILLEM, ordinary triodes are used to provide detection and amplifying control signals. The working circuit of triodes is complex, and the discrete performance is poor, resulting in poor reliability and work stability during mass production. Using imported integrated circuits with reliable quality to replace this part of the circuit can greatly improve the performance of this part of the circuit

3. Add SPI external programming interface

In order to adapt to the SPI 25 chip motherboard with programming download interface, the new version of PCB5.0D parallel port multi-function programmer has added an external SPI interface. When repairing the motherboard with data download interface, it is not necessary to remove the BIOS chip. SPI interface, the BIOS file can be written normally by using the method of connecting the wire, which is more convenient and fast; and an external SPI interface can also be used, and it can be directly connected to the corresponding pin of the 25 chip on the main board through the data line, and it can also be achieved without removing the chip. The purpose of rewriting the BIOS; this interface is not available in the previous version of the parallel port programmer, nor in the original design of WILLEM, and of course the copy version will not provide this interface.

4. Accurately provide FWH/LPC working voltage

The 2020 PCB5.0E version programmer adopts the HT7533 voltage regulator integrated circuit of HOLTEK company, which accurately provides the 3.3V working voltage of the FWH/LPC chip, making the chip programming more stable. The WILLEM design uses a common Zener tube to provide 3.3V FWH/LPC working voltage. The common Zener tube has large dispersion and unstable output, and cannot accurately provide 3.3V voltage.

5. Design fuse protection circuit to provide corresponding guarantee for the whole circuit

The programmer provides the power supply of the whole machine through USB or external DC. There is no protection circuit in the original design of WILLEM. A fuse circuit is added to the new product, as shown in the diagram of the whole machine. The yellow part next to the USB interface is the fuse protection circuit, which is also the only product in the industry that uses a protection circuit.

The power supply circuit is improved, and the precision controllable voltage-stabilizing integrated circuit is adopted, which can provide the stable 3.3V-3.6V voltage required for the work of the 25 SPI FLASH chip. On other pirated programmers, there is absolutely no such integrated circuit, resulting in unstable and inaccurate programmer voltage, often unable to write chips!

By setting jumpers, the hardware version can be changed from PCB5.0D to PCB3B, in order to use the old version of the software (such as 0.98+, etc.).

The PCB4.5C version programmer can release the protection status of AM29F040B and other chips.

It can be powered by USB or a power transformer without jumper switching. It is a dual-power programmer. Added USB and DC power protection circuits, which can automatically power off when the programmer or power supply is damaged, protect the USB safety of the programmer and the motherboard, and increase the operational safety. (In the programmer without this protection circuit, when using USB power supply, if the programmer is short-circuited, etc., the USB interface of the motherboard will be damaged).
