When repairing the motherboard with data download interface, it is not necessary to remove the BIOS chip. SPI interface, the BIOS file can be written normally by using the method of connecting the wire, which is more convenient and fast; and an external SPI interface can also be used, and it can be directly connected to the corresponding pin of the 25 chip on the main board through the data line, and it can also be achieved without removing the chip. The purpose of rewriting the BIOS; this interface is not available in the previous version of the parallel port programmer, nor in the original design of WILLEM, and of course the copy version will not provide this interface.
4. Accurately provide FWH/LPC working voltage
The 2020 PCB5.0E version programmer adopts the HT7533 voltage regulator integrated circuit of HOLTEK company, which accurately provides the 3.3V working voltage of the FWH/LPC chip, making the chip programming more stable. The WILLEM design uses a common Zener tube to provide 3.3V FWH/LPC working voltage. The common Zener tube has large dispersion and unstable output, and cannot accurately provide 3.3V voltage.
5. Design fuse protection circuit to provide corresponding guarantee for the whole circuit
The programmer provides the power supply of the whole machine through USB or external DC. There is no protection circuit in the original design of WILLEM. A fuse circuit is added to the new product, as shown in the diagram of the whole machine.
