Description:
A Voltage Sensitive Relay (VSR) allows two batteries to be charged simultaneously. When the engine starts and the starter battery reaches 13.3 volts, the VSR kicks in, allowing two battery packs (starter and second) to be charged simultaneously.

When the voltage drops below 12.8 volts (such as when the engine is stopped), the VSR disengages and the battery disengages. The system eliminates the possibility of depleted starting batteries and protects sensitive electronics powered by the second batteries from harmful engine starting spikes.

Allow split charging of the second battery pack without discharging the main/starting battery. The relay turns on at 13.3 volts and turns off at 12.8 volts.
