Development Board Introduction

This product is a high‑performance dual‑core plus single‑core RISC‑V development board based on ESP32‑P4. It supports abundant human‑computer interaction interfaces, including MIPI‑CSI (integrated Image Signal Processor ISP) and MIPI‑DSI interfaces. It also supports common peripherals such as SPI, I2S, I2C, LED PWM, MCPWM, RMT, ADC, UART and TWAI. It supports USB OTG 2.0 HS, Ethernet and SDIO Host 3.0 for high‑speed connections. The ESP32‑P4 chip integrates digital signature peripherals and dedicated key‑management units to guarantee data and operation security. ESP32‑P4‑WIFI6‑DEV‑KIT is designed for high‑performance and high‑security applications, fully meeting higher requirements of embedded applications for human‑machine interface support, edge‑computing capability and I/O connection features.

• Powerful image and voice processing capability; image & voice processing interfaces include JPEG codec, Pixel Processing Accelerator (PPA), Image Signal Processor (ISP) and H264 video encoder
• 32MB PSRAM embedded inside chip package; module integrated with 16MB Nor Flash
• On‑board peripherals interfaces: MIPI‑CSI, MIPI‑DSI, USB 2.0 OTG, Ethernet, SDIO 3.0, SD card slot, microphone, speaker terminal and RTC battery terminal
• On‑board 2 × 20 pin header, 28 remaining programmable GPIO pins are led‑out
• Security mechanism: Secure boot, Flash encryption, hardware crypto accelerator and hardware random‑number generator. Hardware access protection is also supported to realize Access Permission Management (APM) and permission separation
