Regarding the product status

Finished product: All components have been welded together, with pin headers, power cords, and heat dissipation modules (if any)

Finished product (excluding CPU): All components except the main chip (FPGA, DSP, ARM, etc.) have been soldered, with pin headers and power cords, but without a heat dissipation module

Empty board + components (excluding CPU) : One printed circuit board and all components except the main chip (FPGA, DSP, ARM, etc.) (components are provided and need to be soldered by the customer themselves), with pin headers, no power cord, no heat dissipation module

Empty board: Only one printed circuit board, without any components or accessories

Regarding the materials

1)All the products sold in our store are various core boards, targeted at customers with certain development capabilities. There are no other introductory materials or materials available

The content mainly includes design drawings and test codes (there is an introduction to the complimentary materials below the webpage).

2)Customers who need to select a model should refer to the product information introduction at the bottom of the webpage. In principle, no materials will be provided before placing an order, and they will be sent after shipment

Regarding after-sales service

1)Each board will be tested before shipment and, in principle, there will be no quality issues.

2) Please ensure that the goods are in good condition before receiving them. To protect our rights, all products will be photographed and saved before shipment.

3) The products sold are not eligible for return.

1. Complete power supply system, only requiring an external 12V power supply to operate, the 20A core high-current DCDC chip ensures stable operation of the chip;

2. Two 5070 packaged 100MHz active differential crystal oscillators, one for use by the GT transceiver, one for use by the system logic;

3. One power LED, six user LEDs for convenient program debugging;

4. One reset button, one user button for convenient program debugging;

5. Onboard two DDR4 chips, 2400MHz frequency, 76.8Gbps bandwidth, 16Gbit capacity;
