XKC-Y26L is an intelligent non-contact liquid level sensor specially developed for non-metallic pipeline liquid level detection. This product adopts advanced signal processing technology and high-speed signal processing chip, breaking through the influence of container wall thickness and realizing true non-contact detection of liquid level height in closed container. XKC-Y26L (probe) is installed above and below the outer wall of the container to be measured (high and low liquid level). Non-metallic containers do not need to be opened, easy to install, and do not affect production. It can detect the liquid level of various liquid toxic substances, strong acids, strong alkalis and various liquids in high-pressure closed containers. XKC-Y26L has no special requirements for the material of liquid medium and container, and can be widely used.

Working principle:

The intelligent non-contact liquid level sensor uses the inductive capacitance of water to detect whether there is liquid. When there is no liquid approaching the sensor, due to the existence of distributed capacitance on the sensor, there is a certain static capacitance between the sensor and the ground. When the liquid level slowly rises and approaches the sensor, the parasitic capacitance of the liquid will be coupled to the static capacitance of the sensor, making the capacitance value of the sensor larger. The capacitance signal of the change is then input to the control IC for signal conversion, and the changed capacitance is converted into the analog change of the circuit signal. Then the MCU calculates and judges the degree of this change. When this change exceeds a certain threshold, it is judged that the liquid level has reached the sensing point.
