AHT10 is a new generation temperature and humidity sensor, which is embedded in a dual-row flat no-lead SMD package suitable for reflow soldering, with a bottom surface of 4×5mm and a height of 1.6mm. The sensor outputs a calibrated digital signal in a standard I2C format. AHT10 is equipped with a newly designed ASIC dedicated chip, an improved MEMS semiconductor capacitive humidity sensing element and a standard on-chip temperature sensing element. Its performance has been greatly improved or even exceeded the reliability level of the previous generation of sensors.
