AHT10, a new generation of temperature and humidity sensors, sets a new standard in terms of size and intelligence: it is embedded in a reflow solderless dual row flat pin-less SMD package with a base surface of 4 x 5mm and a height of 1.6mm. Sensor output calibrated digital signal, standard I 2C format. Equipped with a new ASIC dedicated chip design, an improved MEMS semiconductor capacitive humidity sensor and a standard on-chip temperature sensor, the AHT10's performance has greatly improved and exceeded the reliability levels of the previous generation of sensors. The new generation of temperature and humidity sensors have been improved for more stable performance in harsh environments.
