Product Introduction:

Common knowledge of high-frequency electromagnetic interference EMI filters:


1. For high-frequency electromagnetic interference (EMI), generally three technologies can be used for power filtering to suppress interference noise. In practical use, two or even multiple technologies are often mixed. They are:


Add a capacitor, also known as the X capacitor, between the live and zero lines of the power supply. Select X2 type, mainly used to eliminate differential mode interference, with a capacity range of 0.01UF -0.47UF.


2. Add capacitance between the power cord and ground wire, that is, Y capacitance. Select Y2 type, mainly to eliminate common mode interference, with a capacity range of 2200pF~0.1 μ F。 To reduce leakage current, the capacitance should not exceed 0.1 μ F. This circuit board uses 3300PF.


3. Common mode suppression, common mode inductance (suppression coils on two power lines). When the rated current is high, the wire diameter of the common mode choke should also be correspondingly increased to withstand larger currents. In addition, increasing the inductance appropriately can improve the low-frequency attenuation characteristics, and this line adopts 10MH.
