Introduction to the DC power filter circuit: The circuit consists of three parts, the first part is the first-level LC filter circuit, the second part is the common-mode EMI filter, and the third part is the second-level LC filter circuit.

LC filtering is generally called a passive filter. It is a traditional DC power supply harmonic compensation device composed of inductors and capacitors. It can filter out harmonics in the power supply once or multiple times and purify the DC power supply.

Common-mode filtering can be used to suppress the problem of fast transient group pulse interference with a repetition frequency of several thousand hertz at some user sites.

The PCB specification is FR4 42X77X1.6MM, with a shortest high current line design, a short path, can withstand larger currents, and less interference to the outside world.

The inductors are available in four specifications: 2A, 4A, 10A, and 20A.
