MQ-6
Sensitive material of MQ-6 gas sensor is SnO2, which with lower conductivity in clean air. When the target flammable gas exists, the sensor's conductivity gets higher along with the gas concentration rising. Users can convert the change of conductivity to correspond output signal of gas concentration through a simple circuit.
MQ-6 gas sensor can detect kinds of flammable gases, especially has high sensitivity to LPG (propane). It is a kind of low-cost sensor for many applications. 

MQ-7:
          The gas sensing material used in the MQ-7 gas sensor is tin dioxide (SnO2) with lower conductivity in clean air. The low-temperature (1.5V heating) is used to detect carbon monoxide by high-temperature cycle detection method. The conductivity of the sensor increases with the increase of the concentration of carbon monoxide gas in the air, and the high-temperature (5.0V heating) cleans the stray gas adsorbed at low temperature. A simple circuit can be used to convert the change in conductivity into an output signal corresponding to the gas concentration.
        The MQ-7 gas sensor is highly sensitive to carbon monoxide. This sensor detects a wide range of carbon monoxide-containing gases and is a low-cost sensor for a variety of applications.
MQ-8:

DO output: TTL digits 0 and 1 (0.1 and 5V)
AO output: 0.1-0.3V (relatively pollution-free), the maximum concentration voltage is about 4V

MQ-9:

Sensitive material MQ-9 gas sensor is used to clean the air in the lower conductivity of tin dioxide (SnO2). Detection method using low temperature cycling (1.5V heating ) to detect carbon monoxide, conductivity sensors with carbon monoxide in the air increased with increasing gas concentration , spurious adsorption at high temperatures (5.0V heating ) detection of combustible gases methane, propane and cryogenic cleaning gases. Simple circuit can be used to change the conductivity , concentration of the gas is converted to the corresponding output signal. MQ-9 high gas sensor for carbon monoxide, methane , liquefied petroleum gas sensitivity , the sensor can detect a variety of gases containing carbon monoxide and flammable , is a low-cost sensors for a variety of applications .
MQ135: 
          The gas sensitive material used in the MQ135 gas sensor is tin dioxide (SnO2) with lower conductivity in clean air. When there is a polluting gas in the environment where the sensor is located, the conductivity of the sensor increases as the concentration of the polluting gas in the air increases. The change in conductivity can be converted to an output signal corresponding to the gas concentration using a simple circuit.
          The MQ135 gas sensor is highly sensitive to ammonia, sulfides, and benzene vapors, and is ideal for monitoring smoke and other harmful gases. This sensor detects a wide range of harmful gases and is a low-cost sensor for a wide range of applications.
