design feature:

A: The first stage is the RFI filter DC circuit. PT-0007 power amplifier audio power filter circuit introduction: The circuit consists of three parts, the first part is the RFI DC blocking circuit, the second part is the differential mode EMI filter, and the third part is the common mode electromagnetic interference filter circuit.


1. RFI DC blocking circuit: Eliminate the interference of the DC component of the AC AC220V mains power to the AC power due to the DC component of the inverter air conditioner, switching power supply, refrigerator, charger and other household appliances. The RFI DC blocking circuit built with diodes and capacitors eliminates and blocks the DC components in the mains AC power supply to prevent the transformer from magnetic saturation or increased quiescent current due to DC components.


NOTE: Any DC current on the AC mains will generally cause humming in most large toroidal transformer coils, adding an RFI DC blocking circuit can significantly improve power quality, eliminating and suppressing transformer humming.


2. Three-stage composite type (1-stage differential mode + 2-stage common mode) EMI electromagnetic interference filter circuit, due to the use of three-stage (also known as three-section) filtering, the effect of filtering noise is better. It can suppress the problem of fast transient group pulse interference with a repetition frequency of several kilohertz in some user sites.


This module is used in conjunction with a decoder or a power amplifier to filter the DC component of the power supply, eliminate and suppress the hum of the transformer, the high-frequency noise in the power supply, purify the power supply, and can significantly improve the sound quality of the power amplifier, enhance the resolution and make the background quiet.
