Product Overview

The 5PT Module is a 5-channel PT100 temperature acquisition module that acquires the 5 PT100 signals commonly used. The collected PT100 signal data is output via an isolated RS485 interface.

The module adopts standard Modbus RTU communication, which can be directly adapted to various host computer configuration software, PLC, DCS, etc.

The signal acquisition, power supply, and RS485 communication can be directly adapted to various host computer configuration software.

Signal acquisition, power supply and RS485 communication signals are isolated from each other, which effectively suppresses all kinds of serial-mode and common-mode interference, ensures the accuracy of data, and also guarantees the stable and reliable operation of the module.

1, 5-channel 24-bit ADC analogue industrial-grade AD acquisition chip, each channel is independent.

2, Each channel has a disconnection detection sensor: when disconnected, the flag bit corresponding to 40001 is set to 1, otherwise set 0.
