JW3510 Power Module
This is a flyback isolated power module with a wide input voltage range of 3-42V, supporting both boost and buck converters. The output can be selected as positive 5/12V or ±5/±12V, and features output short-circuit protection to prevent power supply burnout.
The positive voltage version provides pads for AMS1117 series or 78Lxx series LDOs, offering more stable 3.3V/5V/9V outputs.
The positive and negative output versions provide pads for both positive and negative LDOs from the 78Lxx and 79Lxx series for flexible use.
Of course, if a 24V output is required, a ±12V output version can be selected, using the negative voltage as 0V and the positive voltage as 24V.
The semi-hole immersion gold design allows for surface mount device installation. The bottom LDO area can be cut out for later mounting.
Precautions: For inputs above 28V, be aware of thermal shock caused by power-on. Mechanical contact during power-on can generate voltages even higher than twice the input, potentially burning out the module. When using the module above 28V, note that it will shut down its output under excessive load, resulting in a 0V output voltage. This indicates an overload and unsuitability, but the module itself is not damaged.
For isolated positive and negative voltage outputs, without selecting an LDO output, the output voltage on one side will increase after heavy load on the other. Refer to test parameters: a positive 12V load with a 450mA load corresponds to a no-load negative voltage of -13.41V. Users should be aware of this.

XC7010 Power Module
This is a flyback isolated module with a wide input voltage range of 15-70V, stepping down to 5V/12V output. It features output short-circuit protection, preventing module burnout during output short circuits. It also includes pads for AMS1117 series LDOs, suitable for applications requiring more stable LDO output. Similarly, when paired with an LDO, it can output 3.3V/1.8V to power low-voltage devices such as microcontrollers.
The module features a half-hole immersion gold design. Users can create a cutout in the bottom LDO soldering area of the PCB to facilitate LDO pad preparation.
Note: The module will shut down its output under excessive load, resulting in a measured output voltage of 0V. This indicates an overload and unsuitability for the module, but the module itself is not damaged.
