toits originalposition when the targetmoves away,providingreliableposition feedback withoutneedingprecise alignment. The slim dia.1.2mm whip tipisperfect fordetectingsmallgaps,lighttargets, or oblique contacts where alarger actuatorwouldaddunwantedforceormissthe

triggerpoint.

1.Fix the switch to themachine frame withM5bolts, torque~1.5-2Nm. Avoidover-tightening that could deform thehousing.

2.Position the springrod so themovingpart cancontact the whiptipwithintheflexiblerange.Noneed for exactperpendicular alignment.

3.Feed the cable through thePG11.5 gland andconnect totheterminalspertheTerminalDefinition tablein Section 4(NC:1-    2,NO:3-4).

    4. Tighten the cable gland toensureIP65sealing.

Note: The whip tipis thin and flexible. Avoid sharpbendingbeyondtheelasticlimit,andkeepthe contact force within therated operatingforce.
