A: For example, if you are in Europe and have already mistakenly purchased the 915 MHz products.

Although the products sold in European are 868 MHz, it is ok for you to use them in Europe as long as the sensors and the gateway/receivers are the same frequency(for example, they are 915 MHz).

However, the hiding problem is that once you mistakenly purchased 1 device with 915 MHz frequency at first, when you need to purchase other ecowitt devices, you need to purchase them with the same frequency too. Only in this way can make sure the sensors and the receivers work together.

Q2: What are the differences between WN32 and WH32?

A: They are the same products and there is no difference in terms of functionality.

Q3: What are the differences between WN32 Indoor and WN32 Outdoor?

A: WN32 Indoor measures temperature, humidity and barometric, which is designed for upgrade HP2550 and HP3500.

WN32 Outdoor measures outdoor temperature and humidity, which is designed for replace data of WS69 WS80 WS90 or upgrade WS68 WH40. If you already have WS69, WS80 and WS90, please don't buy WN32 Outdoor.
