1. High contact resistance may bring to circuit voltage drop, causing abnormal operation of for Starlink. It is recommended to use a single Cat6 or better ethernet cable without couplers or extension cords, ensuring that the length does not exceed 175 feet when used with the genuine Gen 2 router. For homemade crimped ethernet cables, make sure the excellent RJ45 connector is securely attached to the cable. Ensure the waterproof socket is installed correctly and do not twist or tear the cable end.

2. In scenarios requiring third party PoE injectors and Ethernet cable couplers or extensions, due to the unstable power output and high contact resistance of third party PoE injectors, please select Cat6A or better 23AWG or higher and excellent RJ45 connectors for reliable connections. Please ensure that the regular Ethernet cable length between the dish antenna and PoE device does not exceed 75 feet.
