●   The minimum value of Tclk is 1μS (maximum is 1MHz), to improve the anti interference or transmission distance, you must enhance the value of the Tclk (reduce the frequency of the clock).

● 11~16 binary data as the state and the check digit. OCF means deviation compensation, COF means overflow, LIN means linearity alarm, MagINC and MagDEC means the state of the non-contact sensor state(11 means unusual), EvenPAR means 1~10 even parity check and (for transmission error detection). Namely: when1~16 has the following configuration, D9~D0 data is valid.

●   MISO is the value for t Primary instrument. MSB in front, LSB in the after, which:  PAR is the parity bit for the first: D13 ~ D0 (3 ~ 16) is even parity end.

The second bit EF for transmission error flag (for the last): 0 means the last value is normal and 1 means data error.

3-16 bit means the absolute angle values: D13 ~ D0 is the last angle value which issued by the last time.
