Current limit: Continuous ≤40A, peak 160A (<1 sec). Exceeding may damage MOSFET.

Heatsink required for currents >10A. At 40A, active cooling (fan) is necessary.

Wire gauge: Use thick wires (≥10 AWG) for high current.

Input voltage do not exceed 18V.

Inductive loads (motors, solenoids) require a flyback diode across the load; otherwise, back EMF may destroy the MOSFET.

Common ground: Signal ground must connect to power ground.

PWM frequency recommended 1-10kHz. Higher frequencies cause more heating.
