OPERATING PROCEDURES

Your hot air gun has been designed for the following operations:

1.Remove paint and paint residues from wood,metal,and synthetic materials:

Instructions for use

Align the air vent of the machine with the workpiece.Heat the material for a few seconds and then start working·For the best results,it is recommended to test the machine on a smallportion of theworkpiece first.The relevant functions are shown in(Figure.A,B)

1.The machine can switch to two different temperature settings.

2.To switch the machine to low gear,set on/off to"I".

3.To switch the machine to high gear,please set on/off to "Ⅱ".

4.To shut down the machine,set on/off to "0".

5.To adjust the temperature,please adjust the temperature knob.

6.To adjust the temperature,please press the main temperature adjustment button.

7.To adjust the air volume,please press the main air volume adjustment button.

MAINTENANCE

●Unplug your heat gun before performing any maintenance on it.

●Keep the tool housing and accessories clean and free of oil and grease by using mild soap and a damp(not wet)

cloth.Do not let solvents like brake fluid ,petroleum-based products,etc.,contact plastic parts of thehous ing.Cleaning with these substances can harm the plastic and compromise the integrity of the doubleinsulating system.

●Inspect the mounting screws regularly.They should be properly tightened.If any are found to be loose,tighten

immediately or serious injury could result.

●Use care to see that the motor winding does not become damaged or wet with oil or water.

●Regularly clean the ventilation slots,air intake,nozzle and outlet after every use.

●Inspect the cord regularly and have it replaced by an authorized repair facilit if it is damaged.

●Lubrication for this tol is done at the factory and should not be necessary again under normal use.

●An authorized repair center should do any repairs,modiication,or mainte -again under normal use.

●Any damage to the tool should be corrected at an authorized repair center.
