This module can be used when the serial port is not enough. Combined with this module, multiple single-chip serial ports can be formed into a network, that is, the serial ports can communicate in parallel, and send and receive data according to different addresses. At the same time, the communication distance is greatly improved. In the RS485 protocol, the maximum communication distance can reach 1000 meters according to different wires. Therefore, the use of serial port TTL level to RS485 communication meets most of the application requirements in terms of network and distance.
