This mini motor driver is an upgraded replacement for the classic L298N. Uses MOSFET H-bridge for higher efficiency and lower heat. Operates from 2V to 10V, delivers 1.5A continuous (2.5A peak). Built-in thermal shutdown protects against motor stall. Ideal for battery-powered smart cars, toy cars, robots, pumps. Input pins have internal pull-down to prevent false triggering.
