The warranty period is as follows:

The warranty period starts from the date of original purchase. Damage caused by human factors or force majeure is not covered by the warranty.

Terms of Service

During the warranty period, we will be responsible for repairing or replacing any defective or damaged products free of charge.
But this is only for damaged parts, if you want to replace the entire circuit board, you must pay for it.

For those that exceed the service life, we will be responsible for repairs and only charge for the replaced parts.

Shipping Costs
For all valid warranty claims, the user shall bear the shipping costs of sending replacement goods. The user shall bear the shipping costs of returning defective goods.

Of course, we can provide ODM service. Please tell us your ideas and needs, our experienced engineers will customize and develop equipment for you. Without your authorization, we will not tell others that we are your supplier, nor sell your products with our own brand.

Shipping:

The shipping time is 24-48 hours after the payment is cleared.

Except for DHL/FeDEX/UPS, which takes about 7-10 days, others take 18-60 days.

(25-45 days for Brazil and about 7 to 20 days for South American countries.)

If you still haven't received the goods within 30 days, please contact us and we will try our best to check and provide assistance.
