This project is aimed at new components for surface mount soldering. It can help you improve your skills in soldering resistors, capacitors, diodes and LEDs, transistors and IC chips. The kit includes an 85x54mm printed circuit board (PCB) and 126 mount electronic devices (SMD). A simple rotating light wheel project in the middle of the PCB gives you the opportunity to test your new learning skills.

The areas on the left and right sides of the PCB are used to practice soldering skills, while the central area has a functional electronic item with sequential flashing colored LEDs.

In the field of practice, you can use 78 components in four standard sizes ("1206", "0805", "0603" and "0402") to enhance the experience of mounting soldering. The board is compatible with mount soldering techniques using soldering irons and thin solder wires, solder paste and hot air repair stations and even professional reflow ovens. If you have no previous experience in soldering mount components, you can find many useful operating method videos online. Each column of components in the practice area is connected to the test pad at the bottom of the circuit board, so you can use a multimeter to check whether all connections are correct.

If the project area of the circuit board is soldered correctly, you will be rewarded with a rotating screen with 15 colorful LEDs! There are 48 components in the project. A detailed instruction sheet is provided in English. After welding, simply connect a battery between 4V and 12V or other DC voltage (not provided) to the power input pad to start the rotating hood.
