Each phase of the three-phase four-bridge arm and the fourth bridge arm constitute a full-bridge inverter. The input filter capacitance required by the three-phase four-bridge arm inverter with the same power level is much smaller than that of the three-phase half-bridge inverter. Therefore, compared with the three-phase half-bridge inverter, the three-phase four-bridge full-bridge inverter has the advantages of small size, light weight and low cost, so it has good application value.
Three-phase four-bridge inverter, mainly used for three-phase asymmetric load power supply UPS, IF frequency converter and aviation airborne variable speed constant frequency electrical system.

Three-phase four-arm inverter structure, its three-phase load can be balanced or unbalanced, linear or non-linear.
The switching mode of three-phase four-bridge inverter is composed of three-phase half-bridge inverter and a common bridge arm composed of CN10 and CN11.
Switch CN4, CN5, CN10 and CN11 to form A phase full bridge inverter;
Switch CN6, CN7, CN10, CN11 to form a B-phase full bridge inverter;
Switch CN8, CN9, CN10, CN11 to form a C-phase full bridge inverter;
The neutral point is formed by the common bridge arms CN10 and CN11.





Traditional three-phase three-bridge inverter, the output is three-phase three-wire, only line voltage, no neutral line and no phase voltage, can only be obtained through the output three-phase isolation transformer phase voltage and neutral line or neutral line, the same power transformer heavy.


If the neutral line is obtained from the midpoint of the DC bus capacitor, it is a three-phase half-bridge inverter, which can generate three-phase four-wire output, phase voltage and line voltage are available, the output phase current is small, the input capacitance needs to be large, and the midpoint voltage is easy to drift.
