Product Introduction:

The USR-ES1 incorporates Wiznet's W5500 chip, employing hardware logic gates to implement the transport and network layers of the TCP/IP protocol stack (including TCP, UDP, ICMP, IPv4, ARP, IGMP, PPPoE, etc.), while integrating the data link layer, physical layer, and 32KB on-chip RAM for data transmission buffering. This enables the host microcontroller to focus solely on processing TCP/IP application layer control information. Consequently, it significantly reduces the host's workload in data replication, protocol processing, and interrupt handling, thereby enhancing system utilisation and reliability.

During operation, users can conveniently treat the W5500 as peripheral RAM for an MCU. Its external interface employs a universal 80MHz high-speed SPI, enabling expansion of high-speed Ethernet solutions across diverse platforms. Automatic negotiation LED status indicates SPI interface speed and stability.

Dimensionally and pin-compatible with Wiznet's official WIZ820io module.

Note: This module is not an SPI-to-Ethernet transparent transmission module. It requires an external microcontroller for operation, and users must be familiar with the W5500 chip's usage methodology.
